Pain Management Services at Reading Health System
The Pain Management Center at Reading Health System provides a comprehensive range of treatments for non-malignant chronic pain.
In the center, anesthesiologists and specially trained nurses offer several different types of procedures with a referral from a primary care physician.
Procedures are performed to treat back and neck pain that does not respond to initial treatment, certain types of headaches, spinal stenosis, Herpes Zoster (shingles), reflex sympathetic dystrophy, and nerve damage.
Treatment methods and procedures include:

- Physical therapy
- Medication management

- Implantable drug administration systems
