Become a Surgical Technologist

As a Surgical Technologist, you can play a vital role in life-saving surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms, arranging equipment, and assisting medical staff during surgeries. Our Surgical Technology Program prepares students for entry into this challenging and important field through a combination of classroom education and clinical training.

At the School of Health Sciences, faculty members from a local university teach biological sciences and English composition through an affiliation with the Surgical Technology Program. The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs provides accreditation for the program.
