FLOW was created to help you combat feelings of isolation, fatigue, pain, low self esteem, muscle weakness, and balance concerns. A qualified facilitator will lead you through a series of movements that can help with the healing and strengthening of your body at its own pace.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is known to have many health benefits. An experienced instructor will lead you through slow, relaxed, graceful movements. With a focus on breathing and meditation, the entire body is always in motion, moving gently and at a uniform speed. $5 fee

Healing Yoga Classes
Yoga is a holistic healing system for creating harmony and balance on all levels: body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Yoga can help strengthen the immune system and encourage the development of inner resources that help in dealing with a life-changing illness.

Hatha Yoga
Yoga is a great method of exercising and stretching. Practiced for health and vitality, Hatha yoga is typically gentle and provides a good introduction to yoga poses. The class is sensitive to all fitness levels and health needs.
