The Reading Hospital Mobile Website Wins Gold Award

The Reading Hospital and Medical Center Communication Services Department won the Best Mobile Communications Gold Award for hospitals with 400 or more beds at the 2011 eHealthcare Leadership Awards.

Hospital Webmaster Karen Kohl and agency Connect Healthcare received recognition for mobile site (http://m.readinghospital.org), which is optimized for cell phone and smart phone access.

The Best Mobile Communications category focuses on an organization's mobile Web site, mobile apps, and advertising on mobile sites. The Hospital received the award at the 15th Annual Healthcare Internet Conference in Orlando.
