Patient-Centered Medical Homes Featured in Reading Eagle

The Family Health Care Center, RPS Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine Associates of Birsdsboro, were featured in a Reading Eagle front page article on Sunday, December 26, about patient-centered medical homes. The TRHMC, RPS, and TRHMG practices featured were recently recognized by the National Committee on Quality Assurance.
