Mark Weinberg, Lower Alsace, has been appointed Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS for The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.
Weinberg is responsible for benefits management, including all aspects of the health benefits and pension plan benefits including 403(b), 401(k), and 457 plans. He is also responsible for the compensation policies, programs and practices and the HR Information System, which involves implementing Lawson Talent Management and Payroll functions, along with SuccessFactors for performance management.
Weinberg has previously served in multiple human resources capacities, including: Independent Rewards Consultant for UA Healthcare in Tucson, Ariz.; Director of Total Rewards at Tucson Medical Center; Director of Compensation and HR Systems at Memorial Health Services in Fountain Valley, Calif.; Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems at Sierra Health Services, Inc., Las Vegas; Leader of Compensation and Benefits at Rockwell Collins, Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems at American Express and First Data Corporation in Denver, Colo.
Weinberg earned both his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and his master’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
