Lutz to Lead The Reading Hospital Medical Group

Gregory Lutz is the new Executive Director of The Reading Hospital Medical Group.

Lutz has more than 30 years of experience in large medical group practices and ambulatory care delivery systems, including operations and fiscal management, marketing, strategic planning, business development, service line creation, labor relations, contract negotiations, and human resource management.

As Senior Vice President with PivotHealth, LLC., Lutz served most recently as Chief Administrative Officer for Preferred Health Partners, Brooklyn’s largest multispecialty
group practice with more than 170 physicians in 11 locations.

Prior to that, Lutz was Vice President & Chief Clinic Officer with Hennepin Medical Center in Minneapolis, where he oversaw the ambulatory care division for a hospital-based physician group practice, along with 17 clinical divisions, 34 clinics, six satellites, and a 422-bed trauma center.

A graduate of Michigan State University, Lutz earned his master’s degree in health administration from Clark University. He holds adjunct faculty roles with St. Thomas
University and Rush University, teaching at the graduate level. In addition, he provides, seminars, workshops, and one-on-one counseling related to outplacement and career management.
