Women's Health in Spotlight on Pink Power Night

The McGlinn Family Regional Cancer Center and Breast Cancer Support Services of Berks County will present Pink Power Night on Monday, October 4, from 4-8 p.m., at the Crowne Plaza, Wyomissing.

The evening is designed to educate and empower women to take control of their health. The program will include:

  • 4 - 6:30 p.m. – light dinner, prize drawing, and exhibits featuring information about breast health, diet, exercise, appearance counseling, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and much more!
  • 6:30 - 7 p.m. – Pink POWER Optimism, Dana Lightman, PhD
    Local speaker will present her message on replacing negative patterns with positive actions to reach greater potential for a happier life.
  • 7 p.m. – Breast Health Today, hosted by The Reading Hospital
    Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with a panel of women’s health experts as they discuss mammograms, breast cancer diagnosis, biopsy, treatment options, and surgical reconstruction.
