Hatha Yoga is the most popular yoga practiced in the United States. It focuses on yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques. The postures can help your energy to flow freely and help create balance in your life. Research shows many benefits of Hatha Yoga, such as improved posture, flexibility and strength, as well as improved sleep, lower blood pressure, and the management of stress. Bring a mat or towel and dress comfortably.

Aquatic Fitness is an exercise program for individuals who are experiencing pain, decreased endurance, and problems with balance and fatigue. Participants enjoy the comfort of a heated pool while working to increase strength, improve balance, increase cardiovascular conditioning, and decrease pain. Limited availability! $8 per class:

FLOW stands for Friendship, Laughter, Openness, and Workout. When managing a life-changing illness, you have to learn how to FLOW and adapt to changes in your lifestyle. FLOW was created to help you combat feelings of isolation, fatigue, pain, low self-esteem, muscle weakness, and balance concerns. A qualified facilitator will lead you through a series of movements that can help with the healing and strengthening of your body at its own pace.
