Speech and language disorders can arise throughout a child's development and can be the result of genetic syndromes, developmental delay, disease, or injury.

Our highly trained speech-language pathologists work with children ages 2 1/2 through 17 years of age to create a customized therapy plan.

Compassionate, Personalized Care

Our one-on-one therapy sessions allow children and their therapists to work in a comfortable setting to improve communication skills.

Parents and other family members can observe therapy sessions and are shown techniques to help improve communication with their child at home.

Hearing Treatment & Technology

Our experienced audiologists consult with you and your child to select advanced technology and treatment options.

Children in need of hearing aids will be provided with a personalized fitting, education, and training. Infants and young children can receive specialized pediatric prescription methods for fitting a hearing device.

Cochlear Implant Program

Reading Health also offers a cochlear implant program for children and adults. This device provides useful hearing and improved communication skills for children with severe to profound hearing loss.
