Reading Hospital is dedicated to clinical research and collaborates with various national organizations and large university hospitals through the nation. This provides partnerships to expand our research opportunities for the patients in our community. These collaborations help develop treatments that will benefit the patients we serve.

  • The Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Network (JHCRN) – an integrated network of academic and community-based clinical researchers established within the Johns Hopkins Institute for Clinical and Translational Research

  • Allspire Health Partners – an Alliance with seven healthcare systems to improve the quality, affordability and access to healthcare by sharing clinical, intellectual and economical capabilities

  • Thomas Jefferson University Research Institute – provides innovative research programs for both oncology and non-oncology projects to improve health outcomes

  • Thomas Jefferson University Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center – provides a fully-integrated approach to oncology, from research and training programs for pre- and post-doctoral level students to outreach programs for cancer survivors and their families; through cutting-edge clinical trials and conventional cancer treatments, each patient, their family and caregivers receive expert, humanitarian care
