Our Mission Statement

The Mission of The Reading Hospital and Medical Center is to provide compassionate, accessible, high quality, cost effective health care to the community; to promote health; to educate healthcare professionals; and to participate in appropriate clinical research.

The Reading Hospital and Medical Center is a 501(c)3 corporation, and operates without distinction to age, race, color, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, or source of payment.
