Application for volunteers returning a year or more after resigning from service.

*These additional clearances are ONLY required for those who are volunteering in the Child Development Center, Children's Health Center, Emergency Department, Women's Health Center, Detox Center, or Center for Mental Health. Please note that the Child Abuse Clearance may take up to 3 weeks to process.

Step 4:

  Attend volunteer orientation and sign confidentiality form.

Step 5:

  Purchase uniform and re-obtain ID badge if needed.
