Fundraising Events

The following events help raise funds for improving the quality of health care in Berks County and to support new Hospital services.

• Garden Party A community tradition for over 75 years, the Garden Party is a 2-day event in June providing food and fun for families in an outdoor setting.
• Tower Golf Classic
  An afternoon of golf for over 100 golfers, held at Moselem Springs Golf Club on the last Monday in August
• The Reading Hospital Road Run
  A great family event held in October featuring 10K Race, 5K Race, and 1-mile Fun Run/Fitness Walk
• Valentine Plant Sale
  Held February 14 in the Hospital lobbies for employees, visitors, and the public to purchase flowers and gifts for loved ones
• Holiday Happenings
  A festive holiday shopping event in December featuring baked goods, greens, decorations, candy, Santa's Attic, and more!

The Friends of the Reading Hospital Gift Shops

Our gift shops are managed and operated by The Friends of The Reading Hospital. We offer three locations for your convenience, as well as an online shopping.

• The Tower Gift Shop: Main Campus, 5th Avenue Lobby
• The E-Ground Gift Shop: Main Campus,  E-Building Ground Floor
• The Post-Acute Gift Shop: The Reading Hospital for Post-Acute Rehabilitation,  Wyomissing.
