Voluntary Benefit Options - benefits to meet your specific lifestyle needs, available to all benefits-eligible employees.

Core Benefits - available to all benefits-eligible employees at no charge.

Child Development Center - on-site child care for children from eight weeks through entry into first grade.

Benefits-eligible employees are regular employees customarily scheduled to work a minimum of 32 hours per bi-weekly pay period. 

These pages provide highlights of The Reading Hospital and Medical Center Employee Benefit Program. The Summary Plan Descriptions fully describe the plans. If there is any discrepancy between these pages and the official Plan Documents, the official Plan Documents will govern. The Hospital intends to operate the plans indefinitely, but reserves the right to change the levels and types of benefits, or otherwise terminate the plans, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion. These documents do not represent a contractual obligation on the part of The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.
