The Reading Hospital Regional Cancer Center sponsors an annual Breast Cancer Screening Day. All attendees receive a free clinical breast exam. Low-cost mammograms are available for qualified women. Educational materials about breast cancer, early detection techniques, self-examination, and treatment are also provided.
To help combat prostate cancer, we offer free prostate cancer screenings with a Prostatic Specific Antigen (PSA) blood test. Educational materials about prostate cancer, early detection techniques, and treatment are also provided.
Free skin cancer screenings at The Reading Hospital are your first step in early detection. In addition to a skin examination, educational materials about skin cancer, early detection techniques, and treatment are also provided.
Because screening for cervical and breast cancer can detect disease early when there is the greatest chance for cure, we provide free gynecological screenings. The screening includes a free clinical breast exam, breast health information, Pap test, pelvic exams, and low-cost mammograms for qualified women.
