Laboratory Services

The Reading Hospital and Medical Center Laboratory offers all the services of a modern clinical laboratory. The laboratory has a full complement of state of the art analytical equipment and qualified personnel. The Reading Hospital laboratory team of more than 300 individuals, including board-certified pathologists, perform testing services 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

You can choose to visit any of our easy-to-reach locations throughout Berks County. Plus, The Reading Hospital and Medical Center’s laboratories accept Medicare and Medicaid and can directly bill most insurance carriers – whether it is an HMO, PPO, etc. – for your added convenience.
