John Braca III, MD, Joins Reading Health Physician Network and the Section of Neurosurgery

Reading Health System has welcomed John Braca III, MD, to Reading Health Physician Network and the Section of Neurosurgery.

Dr. Braca specializes in treating patients with intracranial aneurysms, cerebral and spinal arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), carotid endarterectomy, carotid artery stenting, ischemic stroke intervention, endoscopic minimally invasive skull base surgery, pituitary tumors, brain tumors, spine tumors, degenerative spine disease, cervical myelopathy, motion preservation spine surgery and trigeminal neuralgia/facial pain syndromes.

Dr. Braca received his neurosurgical residency training and completed an intra-residency Spine Fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL. He completed two post-residency fellowships in Endovascular Neurosurgery and Cerebrovascular Neurosurgery at Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine/Indiana University in Indianapolis, IN. He received his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY, and completed his undergraduate training with a degree in Biological Sciences and Chemistry at Fordham University, Bronx, NY.
