Birthing Class Series

Our birthing program is a series of three individual classes that give expectant parents accurate information about labor and delivery.

This series of classes meets one evening per week for three consecutive weeks.

The following information will be covered:

• Signs of labor
• Stages of labor
• Relaxation techniques
• Pain management (natural and medicinal)
• Differences between epidural, spinal, and general anesthesia
• Role of the support person

Participants should bring a pillow and blanket with them to the class.
