Rise Up and Shine – Parkinson's Disease

This group is a 16 week series for people with Parkinson's Disease. You can attend one, a few, or all sessions. Each week has a theme with a different activity.  The activities work upon strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility.

Group meets every Tuesday at 11 a.m.

Location: The Reading Hospital for Post-Acute Rehabilitation – Classrooms 1 & 2

Fee: $8 (pay per session)
