Visiting Hours

Hospital Unit

Hours 

Medical/Surgical Units 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Transitional Care Center 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. 24-hours-a-day visitation is available, at patient's discretion. Nursing staff and physicians reserve the right to restrict visiting when necessary.
The Rehabilitation Center 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Beginnings Maternity Center 24-hours-a-day at the patient's discretion. All visitors must stop first at the nurses station. No more than two visitors at a time are allowed after 8 p.m.
Medical Intensive Care Unit & Surgical Intensive Care Unit 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 - 8 p.m. Visitors must be at least 14 years of age. Brief visits recommended. Critical care patients may have no more than two visitors at a time. Visitors must obtain a visitor badge from the Guest Services staff in the 5th Avenue Lobby before proceeding to the Intensive Care Unit.
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Parents and Grandparents
24-hours-a-day

Other visitors
1 - 8 p.m.

All visitors must be accompanied by one parent.
No more than two visitors are permitted at a time.
Children must be at least 12 years of age to visit.

Pediatrics Unit

Parents
24-hour Living-In Option

Adult visitors and siblings:
11 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Spruce Pavilion

While the staff of the Spruce Pavilion encourages visiting as an important part of mental health treatment, visiting hours are limited by the patient’s age and condition.

Post Anesthesia Care Unit

Adult Overnight Patients
7:30 – 8 p.m.
No more than two visitors are permitted at a time.

Patients under the age of 12
One parent only; no time limit.

Special-Needs Patients
At nurse's discretion.

Isolation Rooms
All Patient Care Units

Visitors must be at least 14 years of age to visit Isolation Rooms in all patient care units.
